Job Title:  Management Trainee.

Previous experience required:  Yes.  This could be some type of previous management experience, previous experience in this field, or significant previous life experience and a demonstrated strong character.  All life experience is valuable, relevant and given consideration. 

This work is: Interesting, challenging, exciting, meaningful, rewarding.  At times frustrating, demanding and stressful.  This is not an easy job. 

Work description: Working directly with adults who have a psychiatric, developmental or behavioral disorder, engaging them in living life to the fullest.  Teach, coach, mentor, champion and befriend people who are struggling to live free and full lives. This means working side by side in all of life’s activities, from making a meal and cleaning up the kitchen to going to the mall to playing softball to rafting the Colorado River. Become the “bridge” our clients use to travel from where they are to a richer and fuller life.
